You can't add new emoticons outside the ones PUBG Mobile already offers. Pick from what's available in the emote menu.

Just tap on the emoji icon right above the chat box in the lobby or during the game to open the emoticon menu. Easy peasy!

In the lobby, click on inventory, then emotes. Choose your favs and save. They'll show up next time you hit the emoji icon in-game.
