Easy peasy! Just use the ‘My Island’ menu, go to ‘Gallery’, and select ‘Image Devices’. You can load images from there.

To add images, go to the Creative Inventory, select ‘Devices’, and drop an ‘Image Device’. Then upload your pic URL!

You can add custom images in Fortnite Creative by using the ‘Image’ device found in the ‘Galleries’ tab under the ‘Creative Inventory’.
