You can't add PS5 friends directly on Xbox Series X. But you can still play cross-platform games together if the game supports it. Look for a 'Friends' option within the game's menu and add them via their game ID or username.

Unfortunately, Xbox and PS5 have separate friend systems. You'll have to rely on in-game friends lists for cross-platform games, which usually allow adding friends via their gamer tags.

Just open the game that supports cross-platform play and add your PS5 friend using their in-game ID or username. That鈥檚 your best bet!
