Easy peasy! Open Radeon Settings, go to the 'Gaming' tab, click 'Add', and simply find State of Decay 2 in your list of installed games. Done and done!

Honestly, you don't need to fiddle with Radeon Settings for State of Decay 2. It runs great out of the box!
