Just grab the chat URL from StreamerBot and set it up as a Browser Source in OBS. Super straightforward.
You need to make a new widget in StreamerBot with your chat URL, then overlay that in OBS using the Browser Source option. Works like a charm for me!
Why overcomplicate things? Just use OBS's built-in browser source with the Twitch chat URL. Done and dusted.
