To add Xbox Game Pass on the Xbox Family app, open the Xbox Family Settings app, sign in with your Microsoft account, and navigate to 'Manage family members' to check subscription options for the profiles.

Just open the Xbox Family app, go to the family member's profile, and look for the option to add Game Pass to their account. Simple as that!

First-hand tip: I added Game Pass for my kid by opening the app, selecting his profile, and tapping on 'Add subscription.' Easy peasy!

Actually, I couldn't find a way to do it directly on the Xbox Family app. Try using the Xbox console or Microsoft website instead.
