How to Allow Warframe Through Firewall
If you're on Windows, you'll want to open up your Control Panel, go to System and Security, and then Windows Defender Firewall. Click 'Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall,' find Warframe on the list, and make sure both checkboxes (public and private) are ticked.

On macOS, you need to go to System Preferences, then Security & Privacy, and finally Firewall. Click the lock to make changes, add Warframe, and unlock the joy of lag-free gameplay!
Easiest way is to add Warframe to your firewall's exception list. Just go to your firewall settings, find the 'Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall' option (if you're on Windows), and then add Warframe.exe. Happy gaming!
