Easy peasy! Find the help symbols on your bushes or trees, tap them, and your friends will automatically see you need a hand.
Go to the farm needing help, then tap on the icon that looks like three hands. Select a friend you want help from and send the request.
Just use the in-game messaging system to ask for help, or leave a note on your friend's farm. Teamwork makes dream work!
