Assigning Mr. Handy in Fallout Shelter is a breeze! Once you've acquired him (either from a Lunchbox or buying him directly), simply tap on Mr. Handy in your inventory and then tap again on the floor you want him to patrol. He'll automatically start collecting resources and defending that floor from any incidents. Remember, you can move him to different floors whenever you like by dragging him around!
