Pro tip: Always keep your radio room fully staffed and upgrade it to increase its effectiveness. The stronger the signal, the more likely you are to attract new dwellers from the wasteland!
Just put two dwellers in the living quarters and wait for the magic to happen. Babies are the fastest way to increase your vault population. Radio rooms take too long, IMO.
