To awaken a fruit in Blox Fruits, you need to complete a Raid with that specific fruit. Successfully finishing the Raid gives you the option to buy the awakened abilities using Fragments. Get a team together and raid away!

You have to do Raids with the fruit you wanna awaken. Each Raid win lets you pay Fragments to unlock awakened moves.
