Just switch to Third Person Perspective (TPP) in the settings under the 'Basic' tab. Boom! Full body view unlocked.

To see the full body in PUBG Mobile, go to 'Settings', then 'Basic', and toggle the 'Third Person Perspective' (TPP) option. Enjoy the view!

From personal experience, just head into the settings, find the Basic tab, and enable Third Person Perspective. Makes a huge difference!
