How to Beat Bowser in Super Mario 64 on Keyboard
I just beat Bowser on keyboard last week! The trickiest part is spinning him and letting go at the right time. I found that using a combo of arrow keys for movement and 'A' for grabbing and throwing worked best. Keep practicing the spins!

Honestly, playing with a keyboard kinda sucks. If you have a controller, use it. If not, just be really patient.
Use 'A' to grab Bowser's tail, then rotate the joystick (or arrow keys) around to build up speed, and press 'A' again to release and throw him into the bombs.
Took me forever, but here's the key: grab Bowser with 'A', spin using arrows, and let go of 'A' at the apex of the spin towards those bombs!
