To become an exorcist in BitLife, you need to get a job as a priest and then go to the activities tab to perform exorcisms. Keep performing exorcisms until you become proficient!

From my experience, focus on getting into the religious sector early. Once you're a priest, you'll see the exorcism option popping up in the activities.
