To become an officer in BitLife, go to college and get a degree first. After that, apply to the military, and you'll have the option to join as an officer!

Get a college degree, any major will do, then apply to the military. You'll be able to join as an officer right away.

Skip college, get straight to the action. Enlist first, then use the Military School option to become an officer later!

Honestly, I found joining the military after getting a degree the easiest way to become an officer. No degree, no officer status. Simple as that!
