Honestly, it's all about grinding smaller positions first!
Make sure you have high looks and smarts, join a political party, and start your political career by running for School Board or Mayor before aiming for Governor. And also, lots of campaign funds help a lot!
Personally, I became Governor after a long career in Law and successful stints as Mayor and House Representative. Patience and strategy are key!
Just keep running for smaller offices and get lots of experience. Governors don't come out of nowhere!
