You have to use the Xbox Accessories app for that! Just open it up, select your controller, and then remap those paddles to your preferred buttons.

I've done it myself! Open the Xbox Accessories app, choose your controller, and remap the paddles. Trust me, it feels great to have those extra controls at your fingertips.
