Make sure you’ve got the correct Logitech software (either LGS or G HUB). Assign the macros in the software and you're good to go!

My setup: Open Logitech’s G HUB, select your War Thunder profile, hit 'Assignments', and then drag your desired actions to the designated key. Boom, you're all set!
