Go to the group you want to block, click on the three dots in the upper-right corner, and select 'Leave Group.' Easy peasy!
There鈥檚 no exact 'block' feature for groups, but leaving and preventing rejoining works like a charm!
Just get outta there! Leave the group and make sure you don't get added back.
