First, ensure your controller has built-in Bluetooth (the newer models do). Power on your PC's Bluetooth and then press and hold the Xbox button on your controller until it lights up. Next, press and hold the bind button on the controller until the Xbox button starts to flash. On your PC, navigate to Bluetooth settings, add a new device, and select your controller from the list. Voila! You're all set.
