One of my favorite ways to break the game is using the D20 on a room with lots of pickups to reroll for potentially game-breaking items. All those pennies and keys become a goldmine!
Use the combination of the Smelter and trinkets like Cancer or Curved Horn. Stack those bonuses and watch Isaac become unstoppable!
Get the IV Bag or the Blood Donation Machine, combine it with the Piggy Bank and the D20, and watch the magic happen.
D20 + battery-fueled infinite poop spawns. It's gross but effective!
