Mix a Shugabush with a Quarrister and cross your fingers for a Shugarock. It might take a few tries, good luck!

Honestly, just breed a Shugabush with any rock monster. It's pretty straightforward!

Speaking from experience, use a Shugabush and a Mammott. It worked for me and I got my Shugarock on the first try!
