For the Epic Scups, you want to use Spunge and Pango on Water Island. It took me a few tries, but I got it eventually!

Breeding Epic Scups might seem tricky, but it's doable! Pair Water + Air on Water Island or Scups + Entbrat on Earth Island. Good luck!
