You gotta build a Battery Charger or Power Cell Charger in your base. Then, stick your dead batteries or power cells in there. Easy peasy!
Grab a Battery Charger blueprint and craft it. Slap your dead batteries in there, and they'll charge up. I do this all the time, works like a charm!
Best way to charge items is to build a Battery Charger. Why waste time looking for extra batteries?
