Easy peasy! First, make sure you have some stones and wood. Then, equip your hammer and select the campfire from the crafting menu. Place it wherever you want inside. Don鈥檛 forget to add ventilation, or you'll get smoked out!
Been there, done that! Gather 5 stone and 2 wood, then equip your hammer. Make sure your shelter has a chimney or open roof, or you'll end up like a smoked turkey.
Just make it outside, why bother with indoors? It's safer and easier.
