To build a workshop in State of Decay, you need to find an available slot in your base, select 'Build Facility', and choose 'Workshop' from the menu. Make sure you have the required materials and Influence!

First, make sure you have an empty slot in your base. Then, select 'Build Facility', and pick 'Workshop'. You'll need materials and Influence to complete it. Simple as that!
