Oh, burying the foreman, classic mission! Just head to the construction site you'll find during the mission 'Deconstruction'. You've gotta use the bulldozer to push the portable toilets into the ditch. Make sure the foreman's inside one of them! Then, just cover it up with dirt using the bulldozer. Mission accomplished!

LOL, just drive the bulldozer like you're playing one of those arcade claw games, but instead of a prize, you get to bury a foreman in a porta-potty. GTA logic at its finest.
