You can't actually buy BP directly in PUBG on Xbox. BP (Battle Points) are earned by completing matches and doing well in the game. Play a lot, get a lot!

As someone who's put countless hours into PUBG on Xbox, you really need to just play matches to accumulate BP. No shortcuts here!

Just to clarify for those looking: you can buy G-Coins for real-money purchases, but BP is purely earned by in-game performance.
