You need to log into the parent account on the PS5. Go to the PlayStation Store, select V-Bucks, and complete the purchase. Once you've bought them, they'll automatically be available on the child's account.

Honestly, the best way is using the parental controls to temporarily allow purchases, buy the V-Bucks, then switch the controls back on.
