How to call Woozie in GTA San Andreas

In GTA San Andreas, you can't actually 'call' Woozie like you do with a phone in the later GTA games. Most interactions with Woozie happen automatically through the storyline missions. Just progress through the game, and you'll get in touch with Woozie when the story requires it!
Nope, can't dial him up. Woozie's missions are story-based, so just follow the plot and you'll meet him at the right moments.
