Open the Xbox app on your phone, go to 'Profile & Settings,' click 'Subscriptions,' and select 'Xbox Live.' Hit 'Manage' and then 'Cancel Subscription.' Easy peasy!

You can cancel via the Microsoft website too. Just open your browser, log in at account.microsoft.com, go to 'Services & subscriptions,' and find Xbox Live. Hit 'Manage' and follow the prompts to cancel.
