Log into your Crocs account, navigate to 'Order History', and click 'Cancel' on the order. If it has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for it and then return it.
From my experience, if your order hasn't shipped, you can cancel it through the 'Order History' section on their site. If it has shipped, prepare to do a return when it arrives!
Just call their customer service. They'll sort it out for ya.
