To cap the framerate in Subnautica, open the NVIDIA Control Panel, go to 'Manage 3D settings,' find 'Program Settings,' select Subnautica, and set 'Max Frame Rate' to your desired limit.

Yo, if you're on Steam, just open the Launch Options for Subnautica and add this line: -fpscap (number). Easy peasy.

Why would you wanna cap it? Unlimited frames are the way to go!

Just use V-Sync in the game's settings. It caps your framerate to your monitor's refresh rate.
