I caught mine in Route 4 after a few battles. Patience and a good supply of Capture Discs will do the trick.
Why even bother? There are better Loomians out there. But if you insist, Route 4's your best bet.
Got mine on Route 4! Took a few tries but worth it. Pro tip: weaken it first and then toss a Capture Disc!
