Use LB/RB to scroll through inventory categories, the left stick to navigate, and 'A' to pick up or drop items. Simple as that!
Easy peasy! Use the D-pad to go into your inventory, select the item, and hit the 'A' button to pick it up. To drop it, just press 'X'.
Remember: Don't overload your character! Move items around with 'A' and keep an eye on your weight limit.
