Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't actually catch frogs in Stardew Valley! Those little hoppers are just part of the charming scenery. Though you can't add them to your collection, they sure do add to the ambiance of your farm.

I spent ages chasing those frogs around thinking I could catch one for my farm. Spoiler: you can't. They're just cute details in the game. Focus on the fish for your aquarium instead!
