Just use a good ol' rod in the ocean during the right seasons and times, Fall/Winter, early in the morn or late at night. No need to overthink it. Albacore ain't that hard to catch once you're in the right spot!

Caught my first albacore by accident lol. Was fishing in the ocean during Fall, around dusk. Didn't even know it was albacore season. So yeah, just fish in the ocean, Fall or Winter, and they'll bite.

Honestly? I find trawling for albacore more trouble than it's worth. Just stick to easier fish unless you're really gunning for that complete collection.

To catch an albacore in Stardew Valley, you gotta fish in the ocean during Fall and Winter. Make sure it's between 6am and 11am or then again from 6pm to 2am. These slippery fish love the cold sea, so timing is everything. Happy fishing!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
