Catching a Chub in Stardead Valley is all about knowing where and when to fish! You gotta cast your line in the mountain lake, which is right by the Mines. The best times to catch these guys are in any season except winter, either before 7 PM or after that. So, grab your fishing rod, head to the mountain lake, and be patient. You'll nab a Chub in no time!

To catch a Chub in Stardew Valley, ya need to hit up the Mountain Lake. Trust me, I've caught more Chub than I can count there. Spring, summer, or fall, doesn鈥檛 matter鈥攖he Chub don鈥檛 care, they鈥檙e there. Just make sure it鈥檚 not winter. Early morning or later evening, those times are golden.

Honestly, just fish in the mountain lake almost any time. Chubs aren鈥檛 that picky.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
