To catch a perch in Stardew Valley, you'll need to fish in the winter season. These fish are available in the mountain lake, the river (in town or forest), and the Forest Pond. Make sure you're using a fishing rod; the quality doesn't matter much for catching perch but upgrading can help with tougher fish. Patience is key, and maybe bring some bait to speed up the process!

fish in winter!! rivers & lakes, both work. no need for fancy gear, just cast your line & wait for that 'bite' sound. happy fishing!

Honestly, just fish wherever during winter. I've snagged perch from the river next to town more times than I can count. Seems like they're not too picky.

Good luck finding perch in summer, folks. Winter's the magic time; that's when they're actually around. Stick to winter, trust me.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:
