Catching a Pufferfish in Stardew Valley is all about timing and location! You gotta fish in the ocean during the summer, from 12 PM to 4 PM. Honestly? I spent hours trying to catch one and when I finally did, it was sheer luck. Make sure your fishing level is decent because it'll make your life a lot easier. And patience, lots of patience. This fish is more elusive than my cat when it's time for his vet visit.
