To switch accounts in Mortal Kombat X, you need to log out of your current account and then log in with the new one. On mobile, go to the settings menu and look for the option to log out. On consoles, you'll need to switch profiles through your console's main menu.

From my experience, you just head to the settings in Mortal Kombat X, sign out, and then sign in with the new account. Works like a charm every time!
