Just head to your page, click Settings, then Page Roles. Add the new admin and remove yourself if you want.
Settings > Page Roles > Add new admin. That's it. Simple.
Hit up the Page Roles in Settings and type in the new admin's info. Don't forget to click save!
From personal experience, go to Settings -> Page Roles, and just type the name or email of the new admin. Remember to save changes!
