You can also edit the 'EE.cfg' file in Warframe's installation directory. Look for 'maxFramerate' and change the value to your desired FPS. Remember, with great FPS comes great responsibility!

Easy peasy! Open Warframe, go to Settings, then the Display tab. There's an option called 'Max Framerate'; adjust it as you like!
