To change your capital in Total War: Attila, just go to the settlement details panel of the city you want to make your capital. Then click the 'Make Capital' button. Easy peasy!

Seriously, you just need to click on your chosen city, open the settlement details, and press the 'Make Capital' button. It's right there!

Yup, just click on the city you want as the new capital, go to settlement details, and hit 'Make Capital.' Simple as that!

Changing capitals isn't that useful IMO. But if you still want to, just find the 'Make Capital' button in the settlement details.
