To chat with everyone in Valorant, including the opposing team, you just need to press 'Shift' + 'Enter' instead of just 'Enter'. Honestly, why would you even want to chat with the opposing team? Focus on the game, not the gossip. But yeah, 'Shift' + 'Enter' gets you there.
I tried chatting with the other team once to say gg after an epic round. Pressing 'Shift' + 'Enter' opens the floodgates, but beware, not everyone's as nice as you think they'll be.
