Nope, can't really change choices in Homescapes. Once you pick something, you're pretty much stuck with it. Better to think twice before making those big decisions!
Actually, in my experience, you can change some of your decorative choices, but it'll cost ya! Needed to swap out a sofa once and it took some coins out of my stash. So yeah, you can change things, but it's not always free. Choose wisely, folks!
