Changing controls in Rec Room is super easy! Just head into your watch menu, then go to settings. You'll find the 'Controls' tab there. This tab lets you customize your controls to your liking. Experiment a bit to find what works best for you.

I had a hard time with the default settings but changing the controls really helped. You just go into the settings from your watch menu and look for the controls tab. I switched mine up for paintball and it was a game-changer!
