First, go to the EA website and log into your existing account. From there, unlink your Xbox account. Then, log into your desired EA account and link it to your Xbox. Easy peasy!

I had to do this myself. Just unlink your Xbox account from the old EA account on EA's website. Then, sign into the new EA account and link it to your Xbox. Worked like a charm for me!
