On a Mac, it's a bit different: find the Fortnite app, right-click, select 'Get Info,' drag your new icon file over the current icon in the top left corner of the info window, and it should replace it.

Easiest way to change your Fortnite icon on PC is to right-click the shortcut, go to Properties, click 'Change Icon,' and then choose the new icon you want.

Did this on my Windows laptop! All you need is an image in .ico format. Follow the steps in Properties, and boom, new icon!
