How to Change Lethal Company Graphics Settings
Just hit Escape > Options > Graphics. Play around with the settings till the game runs smooth as butter on your setup. Lowering shadows and effects usually does the trick for me without making the game look like a potato.

Easy peasy! Just launch Lethal Company, and once you're in the main menu, look for the 'Options' tab. Click it, and you'll find 'Graphics Settings' right there.
